I can not find the registration form.
Registration is only possible from February 1, to May 1, 2018.

I can not fill out the form / I would like to change it. Can I close it and edit it again later?
Yes, your form is open for editing until the deadline (May 1, 2018). Until this deadline it has to be filled and saved. You can find a link to your form in the confirmation email.
Do I need to fill the form completely?
The form will be accepted if at least all required fields are filled in and uploaded is at least one preview of the poster. All incomplete or wrong filled forms will be removed from the contest after the deadline.
I filled in the registration form but did not receive any email.

On the page you have mentioned that we have the possibility to register 5 posters. My posters are in a bigger series, can I register more?
No, you have the ability to compete with up to five posters in different categories. For a poster series, select the appropriate 5 posters or find another presentation option.
My data is repeatedly refused when uploading.
Ensure poster preview in JPG format without compression, A4, 300 DPI (approx. 2480 x 3543 Px) and name it with regular characters, without diacritics and symbols and try again.
We'd like to subscribe, but we make smaller posters as you require. What should we do?
We recommend registering only posters that you can print at size required by the competition rules in case it is selected to the finale.
Can we also register a poster that was not published?
Yes, register it in the right category and make sure you can print it if you are going to be selected for the final.
